Whether the fit isn't perfect or you've changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures a hassle-free experience for our global community.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Legend London tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Generate Shipping Label

  Follow the prompts in the portal to download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
